Acacia Pool Service

Twice this year, I’ve had the occasion to use the services provided by Acacia Pool Service, when my pool has been flooded with storm water. Both times, Peter, Nat and the team have been super accommodating and quick to act. Prices are good value and service was provided in a timely manner on both occasions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Acacia Pool Service.

Got three quotes on pool heating, extremely professional in their quote, explained everything and made it clear what i needed with actual data rather than ah you will need this massive machine" and they were the cheapest with the best productMy new pool shop"

I was disappointed with the pool service. An hour or two after the technician left the property the pool looked dirty again with the leaf made by the cleaner clearly visible. My pool needs to be cleaned direct to the waste outlet and this was not done. I did say to Peter that Leaf was not cleaned and also I asked a technician and they said they will clean it when they come.Even they didn't advise about what to do after pool cleaning.when I contacted them today they said it's not our responsibility to tell you about pool maintenance.They said they will charge me $105 for pool cleaning.

Peter from Acacia pools was lovely to work with. He was informative, knowledgable and very helpful but didn't try to over sell us on anything. We had a new heater installed and they were very quick and professional and it works wonderfully. There were a few issues with availability of the product we wanted but we were kept informed along the way, which is all I ask. I would highly recommend Acacia Pools to anyone.

Had pool lights installed, service was excellent and installation person was fantastic, will continue to use Acacia for all pool issues
