First dinner after relocating and Betty's the quality is just as good as it was back in Melbourne. The patties were nicely smashed and crispy on the edges. Service was friendly and the seating is mainly outdoors undercover. Situated just outside the Westfield it is a good place for burgers.

My husband took me and the kids here, the burgers and fried chicken were nice but the shop was quite busy on weekends during lunch period.

Tasty burgers and salty fries (which I love, because salt is life).They look small when they come out but they’re super filling. I like that you can customise the burger with different toppings - highly recommend adding the pickles. The patty was juicy and the special sauce was delicious.Fries come in French or thick cut. I prefer skinny fries which were glorious and plentiful. The thick cut wasn’t a hit with my family - they didn’t taste fresh.I think value-wise it isn’t the best - 3 burgers, 2 chips and 3 soft drinks cost $61 - but it was a nice experience. Servers were very friendly and helpful.

Had the classic burger and loved it. Burger was big and patty was nice. Great value. Onion rings were light and crispy too.Chicken burger was good too. Patty was crispy and bun was soft.

my favourite burgers! tried most of them but my fav is the classic plant. so tasty. convenient location and friendly staff. their ice cream is just amazing too. a great affordable classic burger place - ideal for a quick & easy lunch. they are also licensed so you can enjoy a wine beer or cider with your meal. makes a trip to the shopping centre so nice! #vegan #plantbased #vegetarian options

Sad.That’s what we say when we moved something and then discovered that which we loved is gone from our lives.Maybe the employees were just having a bad day. But the Betty’s Burger I had a year ago at the spot at the Sydney Convention Center seemed like it was birthed from an entirely different burger franchise where they actually care about the food they serve.As you can see in the photo, yes, there are two patties.What’s missing?Even Maccas gives you lettuce and tomatoes!And the thick shake was a liquid gross mess. Undrinkable. If there ever was ice cream in that mix it was of a different origins than that which is frozen and made from milk.Just sad.

Why haven’t I tried Betty’s Burgers before now!!? Burgers are just the right size, thick cut chips are probably the best I’ve eaten! Service was friendly and fast. Dining room was clean and being maintained throughout our meal. Really good experience and pleasantly surprised!!

This place is awesome and worth the extra $$. Spicey chicken burger and the normal beef burger were awesome. Fries and onion rings were great. The thick shake was not that think.

The burgers we had and the onion rings were very delicious. The serving of onion rings (6) did leave us down as for how much we paid for. The garlic mayo was also very yummy but $3 for a small container.

Love coming here and getting the bare Betty. Nice to have the option of no bread. The Lettuce is very fresh and the burger is delicious! Love the vibe of this place. Staff are nice and friendly. Chips are perfect.
