Sale Motor Village

The owner was very rude to us when we asked for more towels, and she said that’s NOT MY JOB and saying that we’re not meant to ask for CLEAN TOWELS every day.We didn’t get any clean towels for 2 days during the Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. No one was working, it was 30 agrees weather. I am sorry that we like to have shower everyday and we like to used clean towels.What service say that to a paying customer, and the price for 1 night more expensive then Hotel/Motel. They have better service then this place.But end of the day, they had everything that you would need like you were at home and it’s good if you have big family.

I have stayed here before and probably will again. Nice quiet park, Dog friendly and clean. The prices are reasonable and the managers are friendly. We had an ensuite site and found the private bathroom very clean and comfortable. The park is close enough to town to be convenient.

Very pleasant experience. The cabin was an older style but had been renovated to a good standard value for money. Had everything you need to be self contained cooking stove oven, large fridge, bed comfortable no complaints. Central to the arts precinct within walking distance. Staff very pleasant.

Great place! Quiet and relaxing! Great for dollar price, I did a powered site. Had all my amenities and kitchen area. Beautiful scenery

Cosy little cabin with a view of Gum trees. I just stayed at the Sale Motor Village for a week whilst working in the area. I really enjoyed my stay. The cabin had everything I needed to be comfortable and was very clean. Leanne from reception was a pleasure to deal with and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Leanne (Manager) was very pleasant & helpful but the amenities all felt very old & tired. The park itself was pleasant with nice grassed areas and water way surrounding the park. We couldn't get a satellite lock on our site due to the trees. Even though its a nice enough park, overall the price was a little too high for what was on offer.

Good value for money. The cabin was a bit dated but was clean, tidy and was good value for money. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen within the cabin was great

We've been working in the area over a couple of years and have been staying at Sale Motor village, it's been fine and reasonably priced, I also found them polite. So it was surprise when I tried to ring and re-book today with a response from Leanne being we don't want you to come back". Stating that someone vomited in the bed and the front door was kicked in when they came in to clean when we stayed before work last week. I understand this being an absolute shock them discovering this if it's true. Not listening to my astonishment and reasoning on this incident. I said goodbye to Leanne but feel the need to share what I said/ think.We weren't drinking and everyone worked the full next day effectively without being hungover/ sick.Why would of I done these things if I have a business and it's would be detrimental to it for me/others that stayed to do this?There's no reason for me to kick the door in if I had a key.Why would I ring back and want to stay if I did these things

Quiet facilities. Amenities are old but ok. Only one power point. Amenties should be centrally located in park, very dark at night if you are a long way from them. Otherwise park is good and would stay their again

The Motor Village on-site cabin is spacious, clean, has a washing machine and lovely surroundings. It's a 1.5km or 19min walk, or a 4min drive to Sale shops and cafes.
