Goodlife Health Clubs Loganholme

Am a gym member at another gym, but came to do a casual and check out the GoodLife gym. It's an ok gym has the childminding and its own bike class room and fitness class rooms, but felt the gym needs more room and machines. Overall maybe 4.5 - 5 out of 10

Pretty mediocre equipment. Small gym but had a good size class room. Definitely not as good as other goodlifes in the area. Only really go to this gym when I'm at the hyperdome, convenient.

I have been a member of Goodlife Hyperdome since 2010 and actively use my membership here 4-5 days per week. I really do enjoy training at Goodlife Hyperdome; It has a really good sense of atmosphere and a great selection of PT'S. It also has plenty of other features on offer such as: Child minding, sauna, steam room, cycle studio, group fitness, physio and it's a handy location as it's part of the Hyperdome and right next to the M1.One thing to note if you're thinking about using this gym is that it is fairly small, so if you prefer large, open style gyms then Goodlife Hyperdome may not be for you. My rating out of 10 would be 7.The areas where they let themselves down is: Machines breaking down and not getting replaced or fixed in a timely manner. Soap or hand sanitizer often running out and not being refilled & cleaners doing a very average job of keeping the bathrooms clean.The standards of the gym have definitely dropped since John the Manager has left.

Great staff. Classes well run and instructions during the classes are clear and concise. Loads of modern well maintained equipment so not much waiting involved.Sauna and steam room are great. Location is perfect as there’s ample parking and easy to get to.

Been coming to this gym now for about five years and I love it, and my gym family. Customer service has improved dramatically since Britney and Mel took over the front desk job (Mikaela was always great too). I’m always greeted with a smile, and they have bothered to learn my name (which is a nice feeling) and happy to have a wee chat about what I’m training that day. I find the PTs to be very conscientious about how much space they are taking up, and would 100% recommend this place. There is always room for improvement however, and I think upgrades to the bathrooms and music system should be addressed!

Great classes. Great trainers. Challenging with variety. In the general gym it’s not congested when I visit usually after 8.30 am. I like the fact it’s not over crowded with loud blasting music. Very friendly members. Staff helpful, specially Stephen who helped me locate my misplaced phone.

This is one of the better Goodlife Centres. Great location, always clean and staff who are genuinely helpful and friendly.

Expensive, stuffs are not helpful. Try to make more money of customer. We signed up for the promotional offer of $13.99/week with no lock in contract but they ended up make us signed for 18 months contract when we wanted to cancel our membership they can make us pay $290 for cancellation prior to contact end. Not recommended

First time training at this GoodLife, nice and clean. Friendly staff good atmosphere. Bit smaller than some of the other gyms but definitely adequate!
