Guys did a great job. Excellent customer service too. They even put a brand new dash may in my car for free.. with a water bottle and Mints.

OMG what can I say except a complete waste of my evening! After showing Janet what was needed for particular issues in certain area's on the car, she proceeded to start a lengthy process which left me questioning my choice.For the next 1.5hrs, she washed the car whilst the whole time wearing rings on her left-hand which anyone in detailing car's knows not to do but I held off commenting.I explained that I didn't require the interior to be touched or any other service that is usually included in a general detail. By the time it got to finally addressing certain area's of contaminate fallout in the clear coat, it was plain to see not much of the car was going to get finished. After completing the bonnet and half the roof, the excuses came fairly fast as to finishing up and coming back the next afternoon.The next day, more excuses as to not being able to show up and Saturday afternoon which was four days later from initial visit was mentioned. After messaging to get confirmation, there was no reply whatsoever until I messaged again on Friday evening which had her immediately reply as she remembered she'd left her hose reel behind and would be needing it for Saturday morning jobs.I find it hilarious Janet that you needed your equipment for jobs on Saturday, yet hadn't bothered addressing the one you started on Tuesday? In good faith I left it outside assuming Saturday's appointment to finish the car would be honored. Again my message was ignored asking if the 3:30pm appointment would be continuing. I messaged again at 5:00pm to say how let down the whole episode had been and that I had contacted another detailer.Again nothing! No reply until 8:45pm that evening with a family crisis story and complete jargon about how she should be charging $500 to buff the car instead of the agreed $160 due to how much product she'd used.Wow, maybe if you think a specific detail job costs $500, then perhaps you might want to mention that when inspecting the vehicle!To top it off, she then informs me she's tested positive for COVID and to go and get tested if I come down with any symptoms!!!So far so good Janet...

After finding out around 9am on a Monday that I had to return my company car the next day for exchange, I quickly realised I was under significant time pressure to find someone who would accommodate my need for a full detail (on what was a car that needed serious attention), the same day with little to no notice. Contacted PUP car detailing, who made it work for me.The service was friendly, accommodating and very professional.Highly recommend their services to anyone needing car detailing.

Took my car to Janet’s place for a cut and polish and the end result was jaw dropping. Phenomenal work done by Janet and Wade; spectacular attention to detail and great communication overall. Janet has detailed 2 vehicles for me and both times she did an amazing job!! She made the tired old paint look better than I thought possible!! And the interior look like New!Will definitely use her again.

She’s friendly, great with communication & very genuine with her service. In market comparison, Janet has priced her services moderately in-spite she coming over to your destination. Fragrant candle, car freshener & a $25 credit voucher towards future services was a surprise bonus. I’ll surely be using Janet’s Car Detailing services in the near future & have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who loves their car.
