Direct Freight Express

Website says items available to pickup between the hours of 8am to 5pm. Arrive at depot at 3:15 and place is closed. Ring help desk to then find out I have to wait 45mins+ before someone is at depot. Great setup your running here. Not!

Had item sent from melb ...got to ballarat and took over week then to get to our place. Item left factory in good condition but by it got to out place looked like it had been dropped on the corner and dented. It was a heavy item. Was told it looked like it had been dropped.

Need to revise from 'when it's urgent', to 'when you could drive down and pick it up yourself faster'

I have had great service from Direct Freight for over a year now.

Not helpful customer service and will leave big packages in plain sight and not get back to you when package is missing

Tried a couple of times to get through to someone about my delivery, no answer. When delivery arrived the driver started unloading, putting packages on porch without ringing the door bell, needed stacking elsewhere. Very rushed and rough, poor communication, will not use again.

Surprisingly good. In these challenging times I have low expectations. I placed an order from a vendor on Sunday and received it via this Courier service just 2 days later. Every other product I've ordered even two weeks earlier are still in transit somewhere, but with different couriers. Many thanks Direct Freight. Really appreciate your service

Item left a warehouse 140km away from my address on Tuesday (consignment number provided at 9:00am). Tracking on Direct Freight’s website advised delivery on Wednesday. By Thursday (and after numerous calls to Direct Freight and waiting at home each day) item still wasn’t delivered. Was then advised delivery after 4pm Thursday and that the item was “on board”, but that the driver had a lot of deliveries. Again waited and still no delivery. The tracking now says “undelivered” at 5:30pm on Thursday with a “depot scan” shortly after??? It’s now Friday (public holiday - Direct Freight will now be closed until Monday) and I’m still waiting for my item from a company with the motto “when it’s urgent”...I paid $26 delivery fee - it would’ve been easier to drive and get the item myself.

Well as far I can see by the track my parcel as now been in W/bool for the last 2 days that is unacceptable as far as service goes NOT Happy AT ALL
