Skipper a Clipper

We are repeat customers and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’ve got a license and are looking for a nice boat to hire on beautiful Pittwater/Hawkesbury, look no further.The Merry Fisher 605 Series 2 that we’ve hired several times now is a beautiful little boat perfect for a day out with 4-5 people on board. It’s a very new model and is kept in perfect condition.The service likewise has been excellent. Yuri and his team look after their guests very well and respond promptly to any requests. We’ve had to change our dates due to adverse weather a couple of times and they always accommodated us without any fuss. If you’re booking in advance and are unsure about the weather forecast I’d recommend getting the cancellation cover for a small fee - if you do you can be absolutely confident that your booking will be easily moved to a more suitable day.I might add that this is a perfect way to try out boating to see if you and your family enjoy it. If you only go on occasional trips then hiring a boat like the Merry Fisher here will certainly be cheaper than owning one - and with much less hassle.

We had such a great day on the Jeanneau Merry Fisher with the kids. A great boat and well maintained. We'll be using these guys again. Purchased the extra protection so we were able to change days when the weather turned bad.Highly recommended.

We had an excellent weekend aboard the SeaWind Dream Catcher. The Skipper a Clipper team were very lovely, flexible & timely, and overall wonderful to deal with. We had such a wonderful time on board and made wonderful memories as a family.

We hired Reflections for a long weekend and absolutely loved every minute of it. Initially I was looking to hire a houseboat from Brooklyn but the fact that you can take the cruiser from Pittwater into the Hawkesbury was a big bonus, and it steers much better than a houseboat. Plus the flybridge controls are a great way to see the surroundings as you motor.The only downside is a lack of storage for food stock brought on board, but overall it is an excellent vessel and we will be back for another trip!

We have really enjoyed our 5 day sailing on Dream Catcher. Yuri was very flexible and arranged different pick up point due to Covid restrictions in Pittwater area. Great communication, boat was clean and everything worked well. Would happily hire a boat from them again and recommend to anyone.

“Belle”, a 38 foot Beneteau Oceanis is not only well looked after, but is also well equipped to make every aspect of cruising enjoyable. Provided kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, detergents, navigation equipment, exceeded our expectations. We particularly liked the chart plotter, which made navigation quite simple. The owner of our yacht was pleasant to deal with. We are already looking forward to our next cruise.Michael

Unfortunately we were unable to get out on the water this time around due to very bad weather but Juri sent us helpful links to forecasts and kept us updated during the week leading up. As per his weather and safety policy he fully refunded us and his customer focus is exceptional. Based on this experience I would recommend and hope to get out on the water soon.

We had amazing 3 days on Dream Catcher with my partner and friends. 5-Star service and very clean, comfortable and well-equipped boat! Looking forward to our next trip!

We had a great time on Relaxation. The boat was prefect for our group with plenty of space for ten of us to sit around and chat and cook a bbq. Easy to book and find, plus the captain was great and joined in with us.
