We recently had a leak in our our hot water heater, after speaking with Jake, he had a plumber on-site within 15 mins, and the the unit replaced, the same day. The response and support service was excellent.We then had another issue which was actually the energy supplier however Jake took the time to check our power board and offered advice on the next steps, he also followed up later that day to ensure all was working.Jake and his team are skilled, polite, professional, set expectations on both response time and price, I would not use anyone else. In the very competitive plumbing business, their customer service and work is outstanding.

Rectify did all the renovation works for our bathrooms and laundry, and they truly live up to their name. Project can never be smooth and there are issues from time to time, Jake and his team always rectify these issues properly and in a timely manner. And he is very honest regarding what he can/can't do which we appreciate a lot.Moreover, the outcome is extremely good. Matt who did all the tiling did a fantastic job as well.
