Went today to Harvey Norman Bennets Green to correct an easily made human error. Staff were fantastic and corrected the mistake, replaced the product with the correct one and honoured the sale price I was quoted on Boxing Day despite the sales long gone. Without fuss or delay. Most importantly simply acknowledged the mistake and apologised that easily could have occurred anywhere at anytime. Very very happy with the level of customer service. This is yet another reason why I keep returning here.

Always good to have a wander around Harvey Normans. Found a very helpful man in the furniture department. He could have got exasperated with us, but he had the patience of Job. Eventually we chose what we wanted and everyone was happy.

Rude staff . Terrible experience . I remember been treated badly at this store years ago and I blacklisted it but they had a sale on and thought I'd give them another chance but it's hard to believe it's become worse. Staff that talk down to you . Try and up sell you to stuff you don't need . Every isle you turned down greeted by rude staff and then at the cashier same thing . Just a sour and gloomy experience.

The range of furniture is good. But the assembly design is genuinely ignorant. Unwieldy and unintuitive cumbersome attachments with no thought to them (“let’s put a 1 inch bolt where you can’t get to, make the thread rough so feels like you’re crossthreading it no matter what, and instead of using an allen key let’s use a non regular size bolt head that kind of fits the slim hard to hold spanner but mostly not. This will help make every bolt take 15-30 mins and let’s include 20 of them”). For this reason I would not buy any furniture that requires assembly from Harvey Norman.

Just purchased a computer from Harvey Norman at Bennetts Green. They were very much about up selling. Trying to get me to purchase add ons for the computer that I did not need and that were more expensive than purchasing them online. In the end I was given a refund for the programmes that I purchased and then discovered I did not need but it was a rather unpleasant experience dealing with their sales staff in the computer section.

We were helped by Greg and Mitch to purchase our new dryer and vacuum cleaner. It was such a lovely experience and they were so helpful without being pushy to buy so we’ll definitely be going there again when we need anything!

Just ought a new bed from Bennetts Green store was served by Madeline and she was bloody amazing with her product knowledge , her very pleasant manner and her patience she allowed me to make my own decisions which is what I like she gave me all of the options and combinations of base bedhead and mattress and allowed me to make my decision now thats what I like I can only give her a pat on the back but I hope Mr. Harvey gives her a pay rise Well done Madeline , thank you
