Western Diagnostic Pathology

I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour, only to find out after asking that there was no one there, even though there website said they were open between 7am to 7pm, would of been nice if they had put up a sign saying closed early for the day, as there were also other people waiting for blood tests. Wont be going back to there again.

Need to update opening times. Very frustrating when online states open 7-4.30 but go at 12.45 and it’s closed at midday!

My daughter passed out and I was not supported in the slightest in trying to attend to her. The technician did not even see it coming and I alerted her to say she's about to pass out. I had to ask for Glucose and she said she didn't have any, then realised once it was serious she said oh I do have some but its for pregnant women. She did not assist me in getting my daughter laid down. She was out for at least 5 minutes and convusling. I had to attend to my daughter and use my own clinical training to get her responsive. She was more worried about her paperwork. I as a mother was so stressed and if i did not have clinical training I would of been worse. I had no comfort or reassurance from the technician at all. I will never go there again. It was a traumatic experience.

Good staff, had no issues on multiple visits.

Highly experiences and professional pathologist. Very quick process even I was on 2 hrs GTT test.

Second time waiting for a blood test! 1st time waited 1hr and had to leave! Second time waited and hour and 45mins with a toddler! I needed bloods done and already waited so long! The lady that came at 12:30 to take over was absolutely lovely and had to come from another centre! The lady before her took 20mins per person (yes I timed because what else do you do when you wait 1hr and 45mins with a toddler)

Slow, very slow, extremely frustrating. 2 hour wait. Very slow indeed. Number calling seemed erratic, some folk definitely jumped the queue, no fault of their own.

This centre is closed, no staff. Should update on google.

By far the worst clinic I have ever been too. Stay well clear of this place. The staff at the pathology and the attached clinic lack basic organisation and communication skills. No one knows what they are doing. The nurse struggled to answer basic questions regarding my procedure and struggled applying and removing a Cardio Scan device.The fact this medical centre is still running with the level of competency demonstrated by the staff is truly laughable.Save your time and energy and find a different clinic.
