Our carpets been replaced today where two men came were very rude and the job they have done was incomplete. They forced the elderly grandmother in the house to move things on her own and was very rude to her. I am disappointed with the service. I am not going to recommend this place especially those two men who came today to my house. Also they have not cleaned the carpets after installation.

They just want to get the job done and move on. Not interested in your grievances and certainly no attention to detail. The jobs just OK. I’ll probably get another layer to come and get the finer details sorted. If it’s a rental your probably in the right place but if it’s your home and you want a great not just good job, keep shopping.

Their store manager is amazing!! I might be letting my age show when I say I was a little taken aback by her piercings but the more time I spent with her it was apparent that she is just a bottle of sunshine!!She was so kind and patient and knowledgeable about the products and didn’t treat me any differently when I said I was just doing research for my build which is due to be done in 12 months.. Completely proved my bias wrong and what an absolute asset to the company!!!

The team at this Choices Flooring are amazing! They took the time to listen to what we needed, recommend several carpets (which you can take home to compare), explained the process very thoroughly and provide an excellent service from beginning to end!!Install team were on time, courteous and professional also!Cant recommend this business highly enough for any flooring need!!

Customer service shown by Paul is outstanding! From the initial quote and installation of our Hybrid flooring and Carpet over 3 years ago and then recently when I contacted him about getting some scotia trim, Paul always demonstrated excellent Customer Service and for the Scotia he prioritised our concern & had it delivered by that afternoon! Paul is a massive asset to this business and I would happily return as a customer of his!
