Unprofessional and rude

Paid $35 kg for tiger prawns yesterday and when we went to peel them they were black and disgusting. The bag also contained a number of heads with no bodies. Took them back today and although we received no apology they did offer to replace them with king prawns (no tiger prawns left). However, the amount they gave us came to less than what I had paid for. When I asked them to pop a couple of extra in to make up the price, the lady serving us rolled her eyes at me before adding 4 extra. The new total came to $6 more than what I had paid so she then proceeded to remove prawns until it came to the price I had paid. I have always gone to Marion Seafood but after 15 years (and new owners) they have lost both myself and my parents as customers.

Best quality, freshest and cheapest seafood you can find. Cant recommend high enough. Good fellers too!!
