Service was great got things fixed under warranty which I was happy to pay as the trek rail 7 does some hard work. The guys did a service fitted a new chain. Also did the rear bearing under warranty. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again

I have come here a few times now for services, parts and advice. Every time the team at Trek have been nothing short of phenomenal!They've always provided postive advice without a sales pitch. In tern, I've always come back to them as I trust them with my bikes and the advice they give.

We have been looking around for a while hoping to get suitable bikes for the family while Mark is there giving the best advice and giving A-Z customer service and making shopping really easy. We are truly satisfied with the purchase there!

Spent some time looking at the bikes in this store. The staff were very welcoming and informative. They even offered for me to try the bikes that were the most suitable for me. A beautiful spacious layout with plenty of bikes for a variety of uses and budgets. Plenty of parking right near the door and easy to locate.

Took my trek checkpoint in for one reason - extra climbing range ahead of SeVen! After a couple of days I took a call with an option - an all-or-nothing change to 1x. I gave the go ahead - ‘go for it’ were my exact words. A couple of days later I went to pick up my bike. The bike was setup exactly the same as I brought it in - except with a new cassette and chain! I was charged $433 to have the exact same bike I brought in, and no closer to any extra climbing range. The worker was apologetic but $433 is a heap of money and I’m bitterly disappointed.

Wouldn’t bother with this place. Terrible shop.Went in last week to buy a bike. Didn’t get approached despite being the only customer in the store, for more than 10 minutes. I eventually went looking for someone who reluctantly helped. The information he gave was fine, but he wasn’t interested. I wanted to buy a $1000 bike with multiple accessories which he said “I can’t have today because it’s not built but I can come back during the week”. I was frustrated that I couldn’t walk out with a new bike.I gave my details and left a bit annoyed but understood.During the week, I get a call saying the bike I wanted is in and built to which I said I would be in either Thursday night or the weekend, only to learn they aren’t open past 5 on Thursday anyways. I went in on Sunday to buy the bike I asked for, only to find out they sold it the day before. The same sale rep wasn’t even sorry, didn’t offer any other solution other than ‘wait another few days’ or ‘buy the other colour I don’t want’. Why not offer me the other colour with a free drink bottle or something to show a little sympathy but instead, nothing. Just poor service.. surprised this place has 4.8 star reviews..

Great friendly knowledgeable staff who ensured that all the costs and work was detailed to me so that there were no surprises when I picked my bikes up. It was great to have someone tell me what they could do to fix and repair my bike rather than try to sell me a new one without looking at it.

So refreshing to phone a business and have the call answered by an absolute professional who sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Even better when you arrive to receive outstanding service backed up by clear knowledge & advice. The boys were amazing from start to finish rebuilding my bike and giving it a top notch service and even though it’s near on four years old it looked brand-new when I was rolling it out of the shop and preformed like new all weekend.Cheers for the excellent service lads you’ve won my business and 100% loyalty I’ll be back………

The staff here are extremely well versed on the product knowledge as they know everything, and I mean absolutely everything, there is to know about their offerings. We bought this Marlin 7 for my son without being able to see, touch or sit on the bike...we bought it because of the quality of sales staff. At every interaction we had with staff from both Cannington and Joondalup branches, we had nothing but professional conduct and exemplary service from every single one of them. Well done. Would definitely recommend seeing them if you’re in the market to buy a bike.
