Fantastic range of products, good range of electronic components , friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair pricing. If it's a big dollar item, ask for a discount. Great to have a large Jaycar store in Hervey Bay.

Went into Hervey Bay store to pick up a couple of small things 20/03/2020. Worst customer service Ive ever had. Other sales staff i have dealt with previously have been great. Would be nice to be acknowledged and not ignored while other customers were served before you.

I walked in with a vague idea of the product I needed. The staff member I talked to knew exactly what I wanted from my burbled description of what I needed, and led me to the shelf to select it. Nice to find he understood burble. LOL Thank you.

We lost everything in the Lismore floods. Had to leave the area for a bit and ended up in Hervey Bay for 7 nights. My 8yr old son decided to host a disco and we needed party lights. 15yrs since I thought to go to jaycar but there I went and got my lights. The service was amazing we went back everyday till we left to buy portable fridges, headlights for our car, you name it they had it especially when your son and husband love gadgets.Can not recommend the people there enough. The prices were amazing, the service amazing. Felt like family. Thanks guys and gal's for everything.

The customer service I received of the Staff @ Jaycar Hervey Bay, was much appreciated. Answered all my questions, solved my problems, and went above and took time to teach me how to use what I had purchased, before I left the store. My problems were solved. So very impressed with the Customer Service I received. Can recommend.
