Hi All,Be careful about the Melbourne Maintenance Centre owner Paul Majhob. He is a fraud and dishonest business man. After reading the good review on this site about his work done. I gave him a small bathroom renovation work. He gave me a quote of $ 2800 included the material and all laborers to finished the job. It was a reasonable offer to accept for my job to be get done. Once I asked accepted the quote, Paul asked for advance payment for $1600 to buy the bathroom accessories for the job to complete. I paid him the $ 1600 in cash to get the job done. After getting the money he started saying that cannot able to arrange the bathroom accessories and that has to be arranged by myself. I tried to take the pain for arrange the toilet accessories to get the job started. Once my toilet accessories been deliver and contact Paul to start the job. He started asked for more $ 600 to start the job and keep saying that not quoted properly and his plumber asking more. I did not accept the proposal for pay more $ 600 as he did not arrange the toilet accessories that I paid on top what I paid him. When I asked him to refund back the money as he not done anything apart for giving me the quote. He refuse to pay me back the money. After chasing him for a while he paid me only $1000 out of $1600 and kept $600.It is very unfortunate that in our society some handy man who you can't trust and pay the advance money. As soon as Paul got the advance money he start changing his quote and not even bother to arrange the bathroom accessories as it been said in the initial quote.Paul is very sweet talker and dishonest person and don't get caught in his sale technique. We need to stop this fraud people doing business in the society.

I had Melbourne Maintenance Centre come out and do some projects in our office today. They were on time, pleasant, efficient, courteous of our time and money and did quality work. I have used them before and will use there services again.

Paul and the team were great to work with on repainting while we were renovating. On time, efficient and most importantly a good job.Excellent workmanship and Service at a very reasonable rate !
