Food was cold , We ordered Penne Screcella and sauce was watery. When I complained to the waitress and David (owner) started to bark from the kitchen. He is a very rude and has an attitude.

One of the better Italian restaurants we have experienced for some time. We were happy we decided to give Il Nido a try and we will be back..Quality and quantity in the servings at a very reasonable price and a nice atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

Went here for a Christmas in July party with my coworkers! The pizza and pasta (esp the boscaiola) was pretty delicious - definitely recommend the lemon sorbet for dessert too!! Hope to visit again!

The old saying goes 'looks can be deceiving'. I can assure you, not on this occasion. The pizza was as bland as it looks and considering the $20 price tag on the Rocket pizza, id be amazed if anyone is left satisfied with it. Feta cheese is meant to be included, which it was, though I dare say you'd need a magnifying glass to spot it. The fact the restaurant was empty made sense in hindsight, this Italian restaurant needs serious love and attention.

Ordered through door dash, honestly I really didn't like it. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar and it makes the pizza wet which should never happen. It's not evenly cooked and the toppings are slapped onto about a quarter of each slice leaving most of it just sauce and cheese. Not a pleasant pizza eating experience. Disappointed.

Small portion size, the large container was half full for the pumpkin and sage ravioli, flavour was lacking, bland. Portion size for the gnocchi il nido was much better so was the flavour, I enjoyed this this dish.

We enjoyed this restaurant a lot! The quantity is generous (even the parmesan!) The cinnamon pumpkin and the crispy sweet potato are amazing. The carbonara pasta is a bit too salty for us but thick and creamy. The pink cream pasta doesn’t stand out much as carbonara but comes with a generous amount of prawns. The chocolate soufflé with salted caramel gelato is our fav. The staff is nice and attentive and the pricing is reasonable as well!Perfect for a casual hearty dinner!

Food was absolutely delicious, I went with my partner for our 5 year anniversary and have absolutely no complaints. The chef was very friendly and attentive. My partner cannot stop raving about their fettuccine regina!!

Had a function there Friday night with 15 colleagues. Awesome pizzas and pastas and good atmosphere. We hired the inside out like a venue hire and the chef and owner filled us up with food all night. Great experience and highly recommend.

Had a takeaway, and really loved it! Veal was tender, sauce was tasty and the salad lovely and fresh & lightly dressed, with soft-ish but really tasty shoestring chips. All for a great price. Highly recommended
