Go Blinds

Had Uniline venetians fitted to new townhouse, when moved in found no retaining clips were fitted. Rang Jackie and was told that the clips were part of the package but THEY had decided not to fit them because most people forgot they were there and ended up breaking them. I informed Jackie that i would like the clips fitted and was told that it would cost an extra $102 to supply and fit the clips. As the clips were part of the package i find it quite rude that they expect me to pay for something that should have been done in the first place. My advice to anyone wanting to use GoBS is make sure your happy with the job before you hand over your hard earned dollars. As they haven't even offered to give me the clips i've already paid for, a call to the Office of Fair Trading has had to be made.
