These guys are rude and need to work on their HR department. Can't say anything about their products, but they made a close relation of mine drive 8 hours and pay 2 nights accomodation for a full day interview for a job, told him they're very interested and he's the top candidate while he's there. Then after he drove home they just never got back to him. He called and emailed and they just never replied. Very rude. Terrible communication... can't imagine how they'd treat their customers.

Rang 8 times over 4 days (not Christmas break) and left messages where the receiver promised to call back. They never did. Perhaps this is why this company is in receivership.

We have had our Kimberley Camper since 2002 and we still use it regularly. It has been unbelievably good in that time, been towed to the Cape, through the Kimberley, Vic High Country, and a lot of inland Australia. It has done hundreds of thousand kilometres with a lot of that being off-road. Touch wood, but the only 'breakdowns' have been a shocker rubber and the gas line flexible line needed replacing. We love it and still impatiently awake our next chance to get away.

We brought our S3 2 years ago after 3 years researching every off road van available. Cannot recomend them enough. It is absolutely the best. More so the back up from the team at Ballina, and South East Queensland are fantastic to deal with. Have been on the road now (currently in Tasmania) 8 months, experienced gale force winds, snow you name it and had no problems. So happy with our Kruiser, wife calls it our studio apartment on wheels.

I had just taken over a business and money was scarce. This company asked me to do a warranty job for them and I obliged. The bill was only around $100 yet I sent it off to them and never got paid no matter how many times I tried to call I couldn’t get through to anyone. Not much in the scheme of things but just goes to show how much they care about the little bloke. Might not be important to them but I’ll never forget it
