So my 5 year lease expired in November 2022 and I paid my dues on time and have been waiting ever since for my documents and PPSR discharge. Without PPSR, I cannot sell my own car which is a shame. For this reason, I would not only go to them for my next lease but also will not recommend them to my friends/family or just about anyone wanting to get a novated lease unfortunately.Update: I have served them a notice with demand to remove their registration from the PPSR and failing to do that in 5 business days will leave me with no choice but to move to court seeking removal.So unless you want this level of customer (dis)service, better avoided I guess!

DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I was with this group for 4 years and they left me without a car insurance and a lease. Emailed them for more than 2 months asking them to do a renovation. They dont respond to emails, extremely rude customer care representatives. Overall a terrible service!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst customer service after you sign up. I received the wrong car mats and MotorOne installed my dashcam incorrectly, resulting in my car battery draining. No one could help solve why my car battery was always going flat. I've only had my car for 9 months. I took it to Suzuki and they explained that whomever installed the dash cam did it wrong. Now Fleetchoice and Motorone will not reimburse me the $410 - and it should be a warranty issue. Appalling customer service.

I’m new to leasing and the application process was super simple. The consultant I dealt with could not have been more helpful. He arranged everything for me in a matter of days and arranged delivery of my car. Post application, my interactions with the FC team have been positive and simple. The team are quick to respond and always really helpful. I would definitely (and have been) recommend FC for anyone looking at a novated lease arrangement.

I have to agree with TOM GEORGE here. All is well when you first sign up, but if you change jobs there are no options to transfer and they kill you with fees and blame the bank. Their customer service is non existent when you need to query their fees.Their portal keep timing out and they deleted my history from it so I can't question the fees.I have been calling the initial salesperson for weeks and he won't return my calls.They cancelled my car insurance and did not tell me until after it expired, even though there were plenty of funds in my account.STAY AWAY!

Agree with other reviews here - great while you're signing up but then completely useless and they couldn't give two hoots. Plan ahead if you want to speak to anyone because you'll be on hold for a long while before they bother picking up the phone, don't try emailing anyone because they never reply, when you do finally speak to someone they can't answer basic questions or give you conflicting information... The 'portal' to 'manage' your account doesn't actually offer anything useful. Frustrating and incompetent.

Horrible. Takes forever to get onto their customer service. I've had a ongoing issues for months they can't seem to resolve. It's like introducing another Telstra into your life when you sign up with Fleetchoice. Even getting roadside assist takes forever as you are on hold forever before they finally sub contract it out to RACQ

Have to agree with other sentiments here in regards to onboarding and sales they are amazing, however, when you want anything to be done after the fact, the speed of service is non existent. Belinda and Mini have been outstanding with my interactions, however, anyone else was useless.Was over charged when getting tyres for my vehicle and took months to get a refund for this. It appears they rip off their clients and have a super deal with their suppliers.If you want work done on the vehicle eg. Tyres etc, pay for it yourself , then do a reimbursement.I do not trust this organisation at all and will never use them again!

My experience has been outstanding. I have dealt with the same person consistently who has been responsive, diligent and so helpful. He did everything he said he would do and exceeded my expectations. Service was super fast and flexible to my requirements.
