Used to be good about a year ago, but recently all the food has been downsized but for the same price. Staff don’t seem to care about their customer satisfaction and service has gotten poor. A regular bowl is filled like a mini with barely anything in it. Hoping this goes back to normal because i really used to enjoy coming here but recently me and my friends have been disappointed everytime.

Open until 10:30PM. After this time, despite the opening hours being until 11:00PM, they refuse to serve food. A bunch of kids running the place it’s probably for the best not to eat here. Wish I chose Maroochydore instead.

When this opened not that long ago it was great…I’ve been numerous times over the past couple of years but no more… it’s gone downhill rapidly.. dirty tables left. Filthy toilets look like they’ve never been cleaned properly since they opened…even the walls have gunk over them. Young disinterested staff with barely any customer service skills.. this place needs an in house manager on the job each day to bring it up to standard as it’s disgraceful. I watched a young guy throwing food into the containers to serve with his long hair falling all over his face and no doubt into my food he was preparing.. he missed two of my ingredients in my burrito bowl. The portions of food have reduced a lot over time getting smaller and smaller. Where is management? Compared to the G&G kawana shop this is the bottom of the ring for hygiene and cleanliness and staff that are so bored scruffy looking. Never again will I step into this store.. it’s an embarrassment to the whole G&G chain. I’ll travel out of my way to kawana where the staff are helpful and friendly and the place is clean and the food served in decent amounts and the place is properly run for a food outlet. I can’t believe the health department haven’t stepped in to look around here. This needs to be cleaned from top to bottom and the staff taken out to start training from scratch. Until then I’m out!

This is about the 5th error in orders we have had from Birtinya. Ordered vege barrito bowl tonight, get home it has 1 black bean in it, full of onion and capsicum and white rice when brown rice was ordered. Have complained before and they do nothing and offer nothing. Tired of poor service and food not being made to order when you pay a fortune for it. Try and ring up to complain and can’t speak to anyone

Never, EVER, again!! My daughter found not 1, but 2 peices of hair in her Pork Nachos that I bought at Birtinya GYG Drive thru and when I rang to let the store know, they asked what colour the hair was..?! Then they told me I would need to email a photo of the hair for proof!! Beyond belief, I was then put through to the manager who confirmed that this is a requirement. I could pluck the hair out of my own head, being blonde and the same length, take a photo and send it, but instead, after this experiene we wont be eating GYG ever again!! **UPDATE - Dont be fooled by their 'helpful' message below....I emailed customer service and received an email in reply which said I could have a refund on my gomex card for the hair my daughter found in her food... Ive never even heard of a gomex card so couldnt give them a gomex card number they were requesting to provide the refund. A very disappointing experience which I tell others about because I think others should be aware of Gyg's ridiculous processes and poor customer service. We will never eat Gyg again.

Bro no lie i went to this gyg birtinya a couple weeks ago and i just cant stop thinking about how good my burrito is. It was made by this young short girl with a backwards hat and she made it so quickly and yummy. I wish i got the name of this nice young girl to congratulate her on her amazing work efforts and ethic. Promote her bruh

I eat gyg from various locations almost daily. Britinya usually makes their items very fresh but multiple times I have ordered on the app to save time. This store seems to be the only one that only starts making the order when I get there and mention the order number. Resulting in a very long wait no matter what time I place the order.

The area is amazing it's always so clean and nice. The atmosphere is usually quiet so I can enjoy my meal. Service is amazing as always and I hope I eat at ur place in 3hrs. Oh and btw your sauce ain't spicy enough U gotta gimme more.
