Very bad customer service ,just for removing a stitch I was charged 45 dollars which I could have done if I had blade at home,I would never recommend any one ever

Nothing short of Amazing, had a wedding suit and grooms man suit needing alterations 4 days before a wedding and she fitted us in perfectly, exceptional service, super fast, super professional and extremely lovely to deal with, they also provide dry cleaning! It was absolutely cost efficient and we could not be happier with the outcome! I highly reccomend using this service for alterations. I could not give a more positive review if I tried. Accommodating in every way possible. Will certainly be going back for future services. (Located at purple carpark outside food court)

Please don’t waste your time and money here - I took in my wedding dress for alterations and not only did he draw all over the dress in bright blue pen (which didn’t come out) but he also quoted $1200 for minimal adjustments that would still leave my dress too big. He refused to do almost all of the alterations that were required such as taking in the waist (even though it was 3 inches too big), adjusting the shoulders/arms so my dress didn’t fall (he suggested just ’adding a ribbon across the back to hold it in place’) and he also only wanted to take up 2 of the 3 layers leaving my dress uneven and still too long. I decided to contact the place I got my dress from and they recommended a lady who did everything required + so much more that I didn’t even think of for only $400.

First time I used this business they completely stuffed up my satin pants hem so charged me less … just went back to have simple cotton pants hemmed as limited alterations places near here and they wanted to charge $40 per pants for simple cotton hem. Absolute rip off - do not go here

I had some dresses that had a lot of fine details in them and needed them taken in. When I got them back there was absolutely no evidence of them being altered except for the fact that they fit way better. All the detail in the dresses were kept in perfect condition! Couldn’t be happier! Fast, friendly and efficient service.

I brought a bridesmaid dress to be altered here. I needed the hem brought up and the bust brought in. My measurements were taken and I assured them that I wanted it tight around the bust. I got the dress back and the hem was perfect however, the bust was still too big. With the dress actually falling down if worn without the straps. I was also shocked by the price with the alterations costing more than the dress itself. The other bridesmaids had the exact same alterations done at other businesses and were charged alot less. I wouldn't have minded paying what I did if the alterations were done correctly. However, I will not be returning to have any future alterations done here as I believe that the work is poor quality for far to high a price.

Needed work pants taken up in a hurry and didn’t know where to go. I popped into this store and friendliness and service was spot on - thank you!
