Before I started working with Peter I struggled to find consistency. I had worked with other trainers and would get results but consistency was an issue and any weightloss would be quickly followed by weight gain.Since working with Peter I have seen results in weightloss but most importantly I have learned to be more realistic in my training and health goals. In previous attempts at weightloss, as a former athlete in my younger days, I would fall back on old habits and over train. Peter helped me realise that I'm not training to be an athlete but to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm feeling more energetic and with Peter's help found a routine that doesn't feel overwhelming and suits my work/life balance.I would recommend Peter to anyone, he will not only help you hit the fitness goals you want to achieve but he is also a great person who genuinely cares for the people he is working as people and not clients. He's regular messages and check ins helped myself be consistent and felt supported in times when I felt unmotivated.Thank you Peter.

Prior to joining Peter, I was lifting weights 6 days a week but was not seeing any results and was staying at the same weight. After taking Peter on as a personal trainer and coach he gave me a workout program that reduced time in the gym to 3 days a week and I was able to lose 11kg of fat and gained 1Kg of lean mass.Now I’m 72 Kgs and for the first time ever I can see abs and have highly defined muscle across my whole body. This was in a quick timeframe of 12 weeks.I’d highly recommend Peter Nguyen Fitness as he has not only given me these quick results, he has also given me the workout and diet tools to continue improving my fitness and not reverting back for life.

I cannot thank Peter enough for helping me out of pain, something that I had been suffering from for a couple years and going from this doctor to that doctor with no results. Towards the end I doubted myself and believed the pain is in my head. Peter did a comprehensive assessment of my body, diet and habits and arranged a plan which worked miracle for me. My pain is gone and now we are working towards stabilising my body. I love Peter’s personal training and coaching approach because he carefully listens to you and exactly addresses your issues. He supports you every step of the way, walks you through in every movement and is there for you if you have any questions no matter what time of the day.

Before seeking the help of Peter Nguyen Fitness I was on a very unhealthy pathway. Sleeping issues were constant for me and I also had zero clue with most common gym equipment. Diets, no thanks.Peter Nguyen Fitness helped me to gain greater knowledge of food nutrition so I can make better choices and still feel like I’m eating yummy food without calling it a diet! I learnt a lot about gym equipment which has given me the confidence to use these machines at my gym. Peter is a great character who always makes you feel comfortable, and is tough when he needs to be. Prior to training with Peter, I was stuck in a cycle of emotional eating, was exhausted all the time and overweight. Peter's holistic approach enabled me to lose 7kg in the first 2 months with minimal effort. I no longer suffer from exhaustion and am better at making conscious food choices. Peter is extremely knowledgeable, has an easy going manner and likes to have a laugh. He is very observant and focuses on technique rather than going through the motions.

I've had buckets of personal trainers over the years but Peter is absolutely exceptional. I'm a doctor so I feel obliged to take my own fitness seriously, since I should practice what I preach. I had been doing alright for a while, but then my weight was creeping up over the years, I'd stopped running and cycling, and I wasn't getting anywhere with weight loss.Peter got me on track and I dropped 18kg working with him. I'm back fitting into my old clothes. But I'm also stronger and he's the first personal trainer who has ever managed to get my deadlift form to feel good. So many times, he has made a small change to how I do an exercise and it was an absolute game-changer, so you can tell he knows his stuff.He really takes a personal interest in his clients and tailors his approach to your needs, strengths, weaknesses and goals. I always get great value out of every session. I've been training with him for over 18 months now and it never gets old. He's a great coach and a really nice guy. 100% recommend to anyone.

Before starting with Peter I had tried everything, a person trainer through the gym, mobile app programs etc. I was really struggling with consistency, my fitness, knowing what to do in the gym, my food & my confidence.My goal when I first saw Peter was to lose 5kg’s & get into healthier habits. The worst part being at a point where I didn’t feel comfortable in my own body.I’ve now lost over 10kg’s, feel amazing in my own skin & am motivated to keep striving for more knowing I can do it.I could not recommend Peter enough, he is more than just a fitness coach and he has completely changed my life this year. The way he lays out the program & food makes goals attainable without being overwhelming and he is always there for support when needed. What I have learnt working with him will change how I approach health & fitness forever.I don’t even know how to put into words my admiration & appreciation for what he does and how he does it but if you are ready to invest in yourself and make a change - do not look past Peter because you won’t regret it.

As a head chef, my job is physically demanding. I stand and move around for at least 8 hours... Plus, lifting heavy pots and carrying large bags of food strains my body.Before Peter, I was struggling to follow any diet or training plans. I was tired every day - despite getting 8 hours of sleep. Peter showed me step by step how to lose weight without restricting my lifestyle. He helped me with meal planning... which allowed me to eat normal foods. I'm still seeing results, and my weight and body composition are still dropping weekly. He showed me how to lift using the correct form... which has helped with my posture and strength.In less than 3 months, I lost almost 8 kg. I have more energy throughout the day. I feel better every day and it keeps getting better as the days go on. I'm fitting into my old clothes again - which is nice.I highly recommend Peter as a personal trainer. Peter has an excellent fitness building gift .I am 66 years old and a Catholic Priest.I was 108 kilos and now I have lost 13 kilos and feel so much better.I am motivated to lose another 13 or more!!I tried many times to loose weight and get fit on my own with weight loss but it never was maintained.His coaching has enabled me to build up my core strength and keep turning blubber into muscle.He has a warm personality that encourages, challenges and educates.He is able to motivate me and he is genuine and non judgemental.I have been truly impressed by his style and the results they are producing in me.You won’t be disappointed in Peter as an excellent fitness coach.
