A completely gluten free bakery in Launceston! This stuff is beyond amazing, garlic bread, fresh bread rolls, loaves the size of my dreams, pies and doughnuts all ceoliac friendly! I fed them to my non gf family and they loved it, couldn't tell it was gluten free. I would recommend pre ordering if you want something specific, but they are happy to accommodate. Plus they don't come wrapped in oodles of plastic!

And across this bakery by chance....after talking to a woman in a supermarket...it’s now somewhere I go regularly....lovely friendly staff...awesome breads and rolls and the cakes are scrumptious....I can’t recommend them highly enough...just get there early so u won’t be disappointed or simply order to pick up ......

Quality pies, great flavours. However their service is their downfall, not sure on what pies were in the oven, not labeled. Eftpos machine is borrowed from next door.

It made my day finding this bakery while swinging through Launceston. They made me a coeliac safe sandwich as they'd run out of savory vegetarian options, it was delicious and much appreciated! I also got a caramel slice which looks amazing. Would definitely recommend if you're on a coeliac or GF diet!!!
