Very helpful staff most times. Going to edit this review. I don't know who the other pharmacist is ( not Christian ) but he is extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service has gone from this chemist and this is very disappointing. Store opening late and pharmacist not even acknowledging people . Far better chemists on the coast that don't lack professionalism

Friendly, professional and helpful. The ladies treat others with respect and understanding, and try their best to assist in whichever way they can.The Pharmacist is well versed, knowledgeable and obliging which is a nice touch. Definitely recommend them to look after your script and pharmacy needs.

Thank you for all the help and assistance I have received over many years. I have known Alison and Suellen for probably close to 20 years when they worked at another chemist before this one. Any quetions I have are answered promptly and succinctly. Christian is always pleasant and calm despite some days when the shop is full and people are angry and , quite frankly, rude. It's a hard job to do at this time, and I salute all the staff for their patience.

DCO in Caloundra is such a wonderful pharmacy. Cristian is so patient and friendly with the whole range of different customers and always takes time to make sure everything is ok. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sometimes staff can be rude depending on their mood. Was sold expired medication. I used it anyway cause I didn't have time during the week to go in and couldn't make it on the weekend. Thanks.
