Keturah Hair Design

Have never found a hairdressers worth being a repeat customer until I went to Keturah hair design. I have been 3 times now and will keep going back. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Today I got a haircut and foils to take my dark hair to blonde. Wendy was so helpful explaining and setting realistic expectations with me before we started the process. I really appreciated the honesty and the wonderful job they did.

Went to Keturah Hair Design today for the first time and I was so pleased! The lovely lady who owns the salon made sure I was getting exactly what I was after by checking and checking again that it was all perfect. Couldn't recommend them enough! Will definitely be back again :) Thank you for the confidence boost, I haven't loved my hair this much I think ever!

Excellent cut by Bethany, Excellent colour choice by Wendy. Reasonable price. I'll be a regular client from now on. I have difficult straight fine hair. Very good cut and no waiting.

I went for a haircut here this morning and oh my god one of the best salons I have been to. Wendy listened to what I was after and done an amazing style cut suited to my needs. All the ladies that work within this salon are so kind and welcoming and actually like talking to you. My old go to salon shut down about a year ago and have been struggling to find a new salon, but in all honesty I’ve hands down found my new salon. Thank you Wendy and the ladies that work in this salon you have boosted my confidence so much and for that I thank you for this amazing style cut. ❤️

I went to this salon before, and it was okay, not perfect but just okay… so I gave it another go to find the Worse haircut with layers we ever had… both my daughter and I went for a haircut, ended with our hair ruined. Wendy chopped way more than asked for. Layers are not done properly, just randomly chopped and uneven.Not noticed at the salon as she chooses not to dry/straighten wavy hair which helps to hide the disgraceful work done. (that’s what other professionals would do to check layers).When arrived at home and checked our hair (straightened) all I can say is… I’m embarrassed to go out without a ponytail, unfortunately my daughter can’t do the same and have to wait for her hair to grow and make both sides around the face look the same length again. First comment my daughter had from peers the next day back to school was… “oh you look good but your hair is uneven”, it can be seen by the most inexperienced people.Horrible, not recommended.The employees are usually friendly and welcoming, not same can be said about the owner, the tone she uses when talks to employees is just rude.

Our whole family got our hair cut here, and we are all very happy with the results. 2 male haircuts and 2 female haircuts. They were very friendly, understood our needs and adjusted for our hair type to make it look really good. They even had a couple of toys to keep the children entertained. Best haircut we've had in years! Thanks

Worst hair cut ever. Don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Wendy didn’t listen to what I asked for. Cut waaay more off my hair than I asked & it’s a horrible cut, uneven. Was hacking into my fringe but I quietly reassured myself she knew what she was doing with so many good reviews. Nope. Fringe is crooked and has odd short bits sticking out. Thankfully hair grows so now I just wait for it to grow so I can get it fixed…somewhere else! Not to mention how rude and short she was to staff.
