Horrible experience, the lady sorry I can’t spell or pronounce her name it started with an R, had no idea what she was doing. I went for a blow dry straight - I have curly hairI had to brush my own hair to help her with the process as she didn’t even brush it after she washed it.She took over an hour and my experience at other hair dressers it shouldn’t take this long.She wanted to leave me with very frizzy hair and parts were still curly, I told her I wasn’t happy at all and why she thinks I would accept that.She offered to straighten with the straightener after I complained. Still it looks horrible. It is still fairly frizzy and curly near my scalp. She believes she did a good job, but the fact I had to help her proves she is unfortunately not as good at her job.I hope the owner/manager calls me and looks through the camera to see her approach at straightening hair as I think it needs work because my normal hair dresser I do not have this problem as I straighten my hair pretty frequently for special occasions. I wish I didn’t do it there it has not been a good start to the day. Never coming back.

This place is horrible especially for mens hair, don’t know what to say they are expensive and they don’t even know how to hold a scissor. Took 1 hour to cut my hair and done a terrible job that I was fed up and left still I paid them now I m going to my old hairdresser don’t waste your time and money. This place is really worst place
