Capital S.M.A.R.T

Have been to Capital SMART a few times over the years, through insurance. Always excellent repair work. On this occasion, they told me due to supply issues it would be a few months before repairs could be scheduled. Just a few weeks later they booked me in. It was going to be 5+ days for the repairs to be completed. The next day they contacted me to say repairs were complete. Excellent communication, professional service and responsiveness. All looked and worked as good as new for complete replacement of SUV tailgate.

Decent job of the repair, can do a bit better on customer service.We were advised the repair will take a week which ended up only taking 2 days. Which was surprising considering the amount of paint work claimed.I had one missed call followed by text that the car was ready - however I was not given I was expecting a week.The woman keep claiming that they have given mutliple calls which I only received 1 and that I should fit into their schedule.When trying to collect car at expected date the car was not available due to being transferred to another location which was meant to be a short drive and I should get a call which NEVER happened.when follow up at 2:30 I was told the uber pool shuts at 3. I couldn't get back home by then.Ended up losing another day or work to finally collect the car.5 star for tradie, Minus minus for the cs

Good job, but left dust from the repair in the car. Also would have liked the car cleaned and polished before giving back to me. But it was a good job and quick repair.

Friendly customer service but quality of workmanship is extremely poor. Had my bumper replaced after the accident and paint coating didnt get done properly, bumper was not aligned. Went back the second time, paint coating is fine but notice scratches all over the edge of bumper above right wheel, also white spray on the eye cover that wasnt there initially. They have done more damages than the initial condition after first repair.3rd attempt finally got a better result than 2nd. Manager put effort to resolve the issue, removed the white spray over the eye cover and tighten the bolt to realign the bits above the wheel. He still insisted the big gap between bumper and hood is normal. Might ask other repairer opinion if thats indeed normal, certainly dont look normal to me. Looks like the result of such a rough and rushed works.They are indeed a very dodgy repairer as suggested by others!! Refused to provide the full detail of repair. I felt like going through a medical procedure and now there is side effect but i am not allowed to know what they have done during the procedure.I would have given them ZERO star if I could!!

Great and fast service. They order an Uber for you to take you back to where you need to go.They were professional and my car was fixed within a short time frame. Definitely recommend them.

Utterly pathetic customer service. Also the arrogance of the staff is completely unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, they get a lot of work from insurance companies and they seem they don't care about the quality of work they deliver either. Guys please stick with your insurance companies and choose a better crash repairer. Plenty of crash repairer's who take pride in what they do and would value Customer service. Also, while signing up to any comprehensive car insurance, make sure you can choose your choice of repairer in the event a crash occurs. It will make your life so much easier rather than dealing with unprofessional staff at osborne park. Once decline in sales, the management will eventually wake up and do something about it.

Very fast but poor quality. Left polish/paint stains on tonneau cover plus broke one of the pull tabs used to get the tonneau on and off. Can see leftover orange peel in the clear coat where they didn't buff it out, who knows how much clear is actually left now. Panel gaps uneven, tailgate sits higher because hinges were bent in the collision which they didn't fix. Tailgate locking mechanism was damaged in collision, didn't get replaced. Entire repair is covered in swirl marks from unskilled buffing.

Very happy. I was annoyed that I didn't have a choice of repairer, and really wanted to go elsewhere, especially as these guys were closed over Christmas so I had to wait nearly a month (stupid cheap insurance).In the end the customer service was great, free Uber to and from, and the repair job is perfect (which was the main thing I cared about).They had to send my car to the Welshpool branch but got me Uber there to collect and the repair is flawless so I'm very happy.

I was involved in a traffic accident towing scam. My insurer just wanna push away all the responsibilities. Thanks goodness, the staff/ receptionist (Sorry, i forgot the names) gave me support both on car repairing & mental health.Thank you so much and looking forward to the day my car got repaired.

I cannot thank this company enough for the quick, excellent work they did to my vehicle. Their standard of workmanship and friendliness was truly a blessing. Thank you to AAMI for having this great panelbeater with all round quality that impressed me.
