Great service, on holidays near by and dropped in on a Sunday for some derailleur parts for kids bikes. Joel takes the time to understand the issue and fix the problem.

Stopped into the shop a few weeks ago during a bikepacking trip to grab a spare tube and check out the shop. The shop was busy with plenty of bikes being fixed, but the staff were super friendly and without me asking they offered to check over my bike, cleaned it for me, gave me tips, and fixed a few things that needed attention. Couldn’t recommend this shop enoughJoel, Lya and the young fellow working I really appreciate the kindness!

We are travelling and got a puncture on our e-bike. We called and spoke to Joel who suggested to pop in when we arrived into town. The service was so prompt, efficient and friendly. All repaired perfectly and we were given some fabulous tips on maintaining the bike.Very very happy and would highly recommend. Well done Joel and the boys.

Bought an e-bike for my wife’s birthday. Was extremely pleased with the no-pressure customer service that was provided. Very knowledgeable staff who ensured my wife’s needs were met (my wife has a medical condition). My wife and I reside in Kanahooka and will definitely come back to Batemans Bay Cycles if I ever need to purchase an e-bike for myself. Thoroughly recommend Batemans Bay Cycles to anyone thinking of purchasing a bicycle and/or associated accessories.

My wife and I had an incredible experience with Bateman’s Bay Bicycles! I highly recommend this bike shop. We struggled to find quality mountain bike rentals while traveling in NSW. Bateman’s Bay Bicycles has an amazing fleet of high quality ebikes. We were able to ride the trails in Mogo thanks to them. We had a great interaction with the owners Kate and Vicky. Our interaction with Joel topped off our experience. He was super friendly, shared tons of great knowledge and is a skilled mechanic. If you are in the area, this is the shop to go to.
