I had bought a used car 6 months ago for under 22K I needed to trade it in for a larger car, however impossible to negotiate anything , they wanted to give me 7K less than what I bought it for, I did just 2500KM on it. They should learn to look after their customers better than that. Pity the folks there are nice people.

Purchased my new Renault Koleos 12 months ago from a great sales team and have recently had it serviced with a helpful service team. Highly recommend!

From vehicle drop off to pick up on completion of service , everyone at John Oxley was polite, friendly and very helpful. The car was returned on time without as much as a finger print left on it. I was always under the impression people would like to help people in business and conduct it with certain 'Professional Ediqutte' but at this Dealership being the size it is with the marquees it has I would assume so but I was wrong.I requested to buy a Logbook from them for a Car that is from them to have a 'Stamp' for the service they carried out on 17/10/2016 but they denied it for PRIVACY Reasons. I'm sure that their Stamp doesn't have Customers details on them and then the 'General Manager' has the audacity to say 'Stop wasting our time'. I apologize for asking for proof of work carried at YOUR Service Centre, on YOUR old Car with a Logbook I got from YOUR Parts Department.Ben Kernahan you have disrespected me like that but if you continue to speak to people like that, someone wont take it the same was as I did.

Strongly recommend you buy a car from them, great staff they will go out of there way to please you . 10 out of 10 and a 10 year warranty on my new car how cool is that . Thank you Staff
