Got an express microdermabrasion treatment with Tiana today who was so lovely and helpful. As a newbie to proper skin treatment, everyone has been very informative. Excited to keep coming back!

Treatments I had from this clinic are so far amazing and the girls are very helpful! 10/10 recommended!

I have been coming to this clinic for more 10 years and had some great ladies do wonderful job but now there is young unexperience girls that dosen't care or show interest doing leaser they just there for money no customers services, they know company's policies but not customers they do quick leaser job miss spots and blam it on your hair growth im not happy and would not recommend them the is company now only after you money no customer service anymore .

I actually used to love my treatments here. When I started my facial hair laser treatment about 2 years ago in the Parramatta Westfield clinic, I had a few bad experiences but then I found Samantha at the smith street clinic, and she made things so much better but her gentle, considerate, humane, and professional approach. She was very friendly and approachable as well. All the qualities you need in a person handling your skin. But she left early this year I think and since then it has been a very bad journey for me. I have been treated by different therapists since then including twice this week but every time I am disappointed. There are three very similar traits; 1. they are in a bit of a hurry to finish the appointment so they zap very fast forgetting the fact that it is more painful if you try to do it so fast, they say that let us know if you need a break, but I will not need a break if you do it patiently. 2. In this hurry, they forget to target the flash of cold air towards the spot that is being zapped so i feel a sharp pain on some spots and I am left with a red rash for almost the entire day 3. they are not considerate. I don't think my review is going to change anything because these are highly commercial chains of clinics. I still have a few more treatments left, if anything improves I will write another review.

Have been going to Laser Clinics for over 10 years and every staff member Was amazing in their work as well and customer service but unfortunately all the experienced staff has left and they seem to have hired inexperienced ladies (some of them are lovely as customer service professionals but when it comes to actual work they don’t know what they are doing they miss spots and it’s so annoying as you have to rebook and it’s inconvenient given everyone’s busy schedule. I rarely had to revisit due to missed spots but now it seems to be the norm. I don’t know if it’s the change of management but definitely a very different experience (not a very pleasant one for sure) whilst visiting the clinic. Very disappointing, am starting to look for other laser places after being a loyal customer to them for over 10 years. Wanted to use my last prepaid with them. Not worth the price or time!

Had an incredible hydrafacial treatment today. Definitely recommend. Extensive quality experience, loved the after glow. Great if you have an event coming up. Was given great customer experience.
