Was here with my Grammy yesterday. She ordered a cap and a sour apple tart, I ordered a caramel latte and a cheese and tomato toastie. The waitress was not rude so much as inattentive- she took our menus and gave them to another table before we had even ordered, and in fact I hadn't even looked at the menu, as we'd only been there for 2-3 minutes and were catching up after not seeing each other in a couple of months. The caramel latte was great, the perfect amount of caramel in it and a fairly large portion size. The toasted sandwich was a huge waste of money. We were charged $9.90 for a toasted sandwich that had two pieces of tomato and barely any cheese- the bread was toasted incredibly lightly and was far too thick. It was just disappointment after disappointment. I would not recommend this cafe for food, as there is no value for money, however the coffee is alright.

Not a good experience and 'special' cost more than what you'd pay individually.Ridiculous mimiscule piece of zucchini slice. TINY writing saying it's a dollar more expensive after 11.The worst part though- the cheeky staff who all piped up and said 'it's after 11am' . So rude. First and last time there.

So far this month I have walked out after waiting 20 mins just to be ignored on each occassion by waiting staff. I think I am invisible or someone isn't training the staff in customer service.Theses have all been newish staff the regular staff are usually attentive.A shame it is really well priced and food is good.

Loved this place for the friendly staff and the food. I had a scone with jam and cream and it was delicious! Lunch was a yumo melt with chicken avocardo tomato and cheese! The bread used was nice and thick and delicious. Look forward to returning.

I and a colleague were having a worst day working nearby. The staffs at the counter greeted us so friendly and offered us a great Ice latte and Ice mocha, made our day, also additionally surprised by the sizes of the drinks despite heaps cheaper price than the iced drinks in Sydney regions (also delicious)

Possibly good food - but since they never came back to take our order we will never know.Went to the counter and told it was table service and they'd be over to take our order. An uncomfortable time later we had still not been given a menu. So we left.I'm sure they were doing their best - and probably overwhelmed with busy-ness. They just need to sort out better systems for serving their customers who are actually trying to buy food from them.

Wait staff seemed half hearted to serve and didnt seem to want to be there,eggs were runny,chipolates barely cooked,coffee was tasted like dirt.The floor of the dining area was filthy,my table had not been wiped down properly.Won't be wasting my time or money again
