Shocking customer service, unprofessional and plain rude. Honestly I would avoid them at all costs. You will find much better service at Lovelight Curtain and Blinds so do yourself the favour.

From start to finish, my experience with DC&B’s has been superb! Professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating are terms that come to mind.Despite COVID RESTRICTIONS, we were kept in the loop about the status of our order. The staff were always forthcoming with updates. The installation was completed effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend DC&B’s to any one looking for curtains or blinds to be installed!

Horrible customer service!! I just come out of the dollar curtains and blinds Doncaster show room. My whole experience is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. When I first walk into the store, the front desk lady told me there’s nothing for me to buy now, the quickest quote is the beginning of February and the turnaround is 6-8 weeks as they are order to make. I wasn’t feeling welcomed at all. While I was browsing, another younger lady approached to me and offer free quotion and so on, and then the conversation was suddenly interrupted by that front desk lady by yelling at my kids loudly.I didn’t see what happened, but I was sure they didn’t break anything. All I heard was she yelled No!No!No! even though she’s on the phone. I would appreciate it if she could talks to me first to check on the kids. Yelling at two young children to make them scared and embarrassed is not right. We are deeply disappointed at their customer service.

Installation was a bit rushed.27 of the hooks were missing from the bedroom sheers and the kids bedroom curtain wasn’t sewn properly .showroom staff and women measuring curtains were good tho measurements were off in one window lounge room.easily fixed so still pretty happy

My experience with dollar curtains + blinds has been nothing short of disappointing. Received a quote for motorized exterior awning blinds from the Epping store but wasn't informed that I would require my own electrician to complete the installation until I went to pay the deposit and only because I asked how they were to be installed. Ended up going to a different store of the company (Doncaster) who were happy to take my deposit when I placed my order only to turn around and say 2 weeks later that they wouldn't install my blinds as I have foam underneath my render in the portion above my windows. Information that they were provided with upfront at the initial consultation. Company refuses to work with me to come up with a solution. Extremely poor customer service and quite frankly deceptive business practice. Also still waiting for the refund of my almost $1000 deposit! I would advise everyone to avoid using them at all costs.

I obtained 3 quotes and major players in the market and these guys had the best price. Final product is superb and came on time, will definitely use them again. Thanks Dollar curtians!

My experience with DC+B has been fantastic. As an Interior Stylist I work with suppliers on a daily basis and will recommend to my clients based on quality of product and customer service. Both the quality of the product and service from staff at DC+B has been of a high standard, thorough, friendly and professional. DC+B have been especially flexible during times of lockdown. Definitely FIVE STARS from me and will be using DC+B again for sure.

I do not recommend Dollar Curtains and Blinds. From the sales rep to the installer to the quality of the product it was a terrible experience. I overlooked the sales rep rude attitude, but in hindsight this was the beginning of a bad experience. I look at my sheers each day and wish that I had NOT chosen to go with them. They look cheap! They do not look like a finished product. They were measured incorrectly and when installed I was told that this is how they look, I asked for them to be re measured, it was reinstalled but now I have holes where the track was originally and I was told that it was my job to fix them. I would ask for my money back but I know that they would not admit to thier mistakes as the manager was very clear that this is the product I bought hence I needed to lower my expectations.Do yourself a favour and go with another company.

Such a great experience with DC+B Doncaster!- Booking a free measure and quote was easy.- The lovely lady who came to measure was so nice and professional. I put a deposit down that day and was given an ETA straight away.- I popped into the store to look at materials and was given great help and advice.- Communication was very good too. I was kept up to date on what was happening and what the plan was with the install.- Ian, who came to install was lovely, very fast and professional. He did a great job!Amazing work by everyone involved, thank you so much!

Amazing staff that helped me choose my products, I was so unsure when I started this process and they completely eased my mind, the installation was flawless and the man that came to my home was lovely, couldn't recommend them highly enough.
