Beauty on the Promenade

Pretty disappointed in my experience. Massive stains under my eyes from eyelash tint, I can't get it off... Vaseline was used but not applied properly.The wax left big chunks of wax on me, no effort made to clean it off. Not good attention to detail, plenty of hairs left and no consultantion about how it was going to be done. The wax was way too hot and the therapist tried to remove it repeatedly before it had set, which hurt a lot.Pedicure left my feet still dirty and nail polish on my skin.No one asked me how it was at the end, I would have told them but it didn't seem like anyone really cared.

These ladies are the sweetest people ever!!! They fit me in last minute when I had car problems to get there. My lashes and brows look amazing and the whole thing had me smiling. Even did my makeup for my birthday. 1000% will be back and recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to a great experience <3 much love for these ladies

I have been coming to Beauty on the Promenade for the last four years for massages, facials, nails & more recently lashes.All the staff are lovely & are great at what they do. They are approachable, welcoming & knowledgeable. A special mention to massage therapist Rachael, definitely the go to if you are wanting firm massages (she is incredible) & also to Kate for doing my nails today. Love it.

I'm very happy with my nails, they look great.I was a bit nervous at first - I've only had my nails done maybe once, but all of the staff were so lovely and very accommodating it definitely helped.

I was given a spa package for my birthday. An hours worth of shoulder, neck and back massage followed by a full facial and eyelash tint.Felt like royalty. Staff were amazing.

Couldn't recommend them highly enough!!! Really professional unbelievably quick while doing an incredibly thorough job of my wax. Easy going and relaxed really really happy with my experience!

I had my makeup done here for my 30th birthday last weekend and the salon was amazing! As soon as I stepped inside, I instantly felt calm and relaxed. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and you can tell that they all really love being there. Kate did my makeup and it looked incredible. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Bookings were easy over phone. Kate was just lovely. Very professional and did a great job too. Highly recommended.
