We had some GH wool carpet installed at our house during some renovations and we loved it.It was always such a nice feeling under the feet and so hard wearing for the kids and the pets.Their product is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for top quality carpet & flooring.

Love my Godfrey Hirst ecoplus carpet! It’s in a high traffic area and easily handles the mess a large dog and toddler create. Spills and accidents have cleaned up without a problem and not left stains. It’s super soft and so nice to walk and play on. Would definitely recommend!

New Godfrey Hirst Eco+ carpet installed throughout our home in 2015. 4 professionals have identified a problem with its manufacture including Godfrey Hirst's own after sales service manager. Now GH refuse to return calls or act. Be cautious when purchasing from Godfrey Hirst. VERY unAustralian :(

Ordered carpet from a store that they supply. Paid my deposit. A few days prior to installation store informed me it was not in stock so I would have to wait another month. A week before delivery I have been told there is a further delay from these suppliers! My advice is do not order Godfrey Hirst Carpets. Absolute disgusting business. Lie to suppliers and cause consumers heart ache! The installation will now be late New Year's. That is a 3 month wait forcarpet that was presumably in stock when I ordered it. Does anyone have advice?
