Lori provides great customer service. I felt anxious going to Phenix as my original ring was made at a bespoke, award-winning jeweler. However, I was surprised at the professionalism here. I recommend meeting with them before making a decision on jeweler. They offer great value.

I cannot speak too highly of the friendly and professional service I received from Lori Webster who went over and above my expectations to ensure the ring I lost that had to be designed by James from a photo only, turned out to be the beautiful piece it is. As well, Lori, James and AAMI kept in touch throughout the process. Can really recommend Phenix Jewellery.

Excellent quality and Service. Angela was amazing in sourcing firstly the most beautiful pear shaped diamond and designed the ring to perfection. Secondly a beautiful and priceless tanzanite which then was put into a creative setting. I love them both and would recommend Phenix Jewellery to all.

Exquisite work and repairs. Great customer service. I had an engagement ring repaired which looked better than the day I initially bought it.....a sentiment shared by my partner. June Fang was nothing short of a pleasure to deal with during my insurance claim process.

I was hesitant in going to a company that I had not heard of before. An appointment was made with Lori who immediately put me at ease her customer service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the quality aof the diamonds for my insurance replacement rings and I even spoilt myself and purchased another diamond ring. This company is excellent but special thanks to Lori and the jeweller who was happy to advise and assist not to forget the lovely staff who were very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

TJ the manager was very good and knowledgeable... Was impressed with his customer service.Overall the service is good. Today when I picked up my goods.. The lady serving me didn't quite know what was going on. But generally speaking i was happy with the service.
