RD facilities management cleaning and pester control services has had the responsibility of cleaning the apartment block I live in for approximately 2 years. The cleaning service has been more than adequate in regards to cleanliness, communication between the cleaning service and the Strata management and OC has been great, and they have definitely adjust accordingly to the building's needs to improve the service they are delivering.Just recently we have required deep cleaning services in relation to covid19, they were super prompt, thorough, informative, and safe in their delivery of this extra service.Would definitely recommend RD facilities management cleaning and pest control services.

RD Pest control services.We booked RD Facilities for our house at Harris Park. We booked pest control for 2 bedrooms and one big hall. There services were very effective. It was absolute no hassle. The pest controller was very professional and clean. Everything was done in given time.

RD Cleaning has been responsible for the cleaning, pest control and gardening services of our strata plan for over 3 years. They have been consistently providing excellent service. The entire team at RD Cleaning is very professional and perform a fantastic job. Always willing to assist and help with any additional support and services required. Highly recommended.Special mention regarding the support they provided during the beginning of the recent lockdowns to put up COVID related posters all over the complex and supply and install hand sanitizers within a day.

Don't believe any bad reviews for this company. We have them on several of our strata plans and they go above and beyond for the client in order to keep them happy. There is a saying that you cannot please everyone all the time and there are some people that will never be happy no matter what you do to please them. Highly recommend this company from our experience with them.

I would like to share my experience with RD facilities management. First few words needs to be tagged to their work quality, completeness and professionalism.Being a new townhouse they charged very reasonable amount to perform facilities management and also they send fortnightly report on their work. Highly recommend RD management if u are searching someone for facility management.

We are using RD Cleaning service for our Strata building in Wentworthville since 2015. Before we had so many issues with our cleaning service but since RD cleaning took over, we are in good condition. They also do our bin cleaning and Gardening. Also yearly pest control and pressure wash on request at reasonable price. Thank you Alpesh and his hardworking team. Highly recommended.
