Dropped in today to have an extra hole punched into my Birkenstocks. Took no time and Nick pleasantly waved me on my way without charge - even though I insisted! Great stuff!

These guys absolutely made my day. They were so kind and helpful and I couldn't be more chuffed with the service. I came on here specifically to leave a great review because they deserve as many clients as they can get!

I needed something done last minute Wednesday the 18th of October. The gentleman who helped me (Nick?) went above and beyond and was extremely patient staying on beyond closing times. His demeanour was friendly, helpful and relaxed. I can't thank him enough. Excellent service and experience.

The only helpful & fuss-free Mister Minit. I needed to replace the remote for my van & all other branches declined, but Rocky took me in instantly. Even had the remote prepared before I arrived. Absolutely recommended!

I'm leaving this review in hopes that a few details could be implemented in your customer service process to help ease any customer painpoints. To preface while my situation is uncommon, it isn't unique.I had lost my keys and don't have a spare cut. I came up to the shop on Sunday to inquire if it could be done. Provided my key details and put in an order. I was given a receipt and was told by the clerk it'll be done before 6pm the next day. Note the staff didn't take my contact details.I left work early the next day to collect the keys at around 5pm, only to to be greeted with another staff- You didn't call in to tell us you were picking up the keys". I didn't know that calling in is a part of the procedure? Did I miss something? Anyway
