I stopped by for a quick double shot espresso and was taken by the wide range of cakes, cookies and other enticing delights.The coffee was good, the price was, well, Chatswood/Westfield but the stand out was the friendly staff. Almost felt like buying something fattening but not quite. Next time!

Tried a cinnamon twist today - just tasted like a very butter-heavy croissant and the cinnamon wasn't really noticeable. I wouldn't recommend the cinnamon twist. Staff were friendly and efficient so they get the 2 stars.

Their coffee is really good, service is fine but I always find their cakes on the stale side. I’ve had a lemon tart with pastry hard as a rock and friands hard and chewy on the outside rather than melt in your mouth. Spinach roll was Ok and excellent coffee ☕️

Will never want to go back! I have been buying nearly every day because of my job in the centre.but today I have found out the worst of the worst, the manager of the store ( Linda or lindy) has the worst attitude, very extremely unprofessional , rude to customer and staff. I feel bad for the owner of the store because she is extremely unfit to serve let alone training staff ( saw her bullying or blaming someone “new”) I am a manager of a company as well and I care about the mental and physical well-being of our team members and customers. You should consider looking for a new store manager you can have more good regular customers coming back for years and on because of the customer service. Hope the owner will see this because it’s really sad looking at this behaviour.

The food is really good for the price of 3 food yea it kind meh but overall I will come back in the future if I need something that I'm happy to it again food 5/5 price 3/5

Friendly team members,They had a large selection of items to choose from,The shop was very busy ,We need to wait to be seated in saying this the wait was not long .The shop is next to the entrance of the Center . Well worth a visit .

Been visited since 2017. Found good coffee and high quality pie and cakes.But Recent year, found Hot coffee not hot enough.Ask for toast ricotta spinach pie, they still use microwave and make it soggy. Awful experience! So disappointed!

2.8 - Just randomly came back here today. The staff are run off their feet. As another lady was being served, a lovely lady reached out to open up the other register to serve me. She seemed friendly, but was tired/panting. Poor thing. Almond Flat White was small and bitter. When I asked for a glass to use (none were next to the filter tap), another waitress (looking cranky) pointed me to one of the cups above the coffee machine. I think they need more staff. They are probably doing the best they can being short-staffed and so busy. There were plenty of comfy seats though so that was good and I added another star for that.

Really disappointing. I’ve been served multiple times by an older caucasian woman here and every time she is horrible. Talking on the phone, yelling at customers and employees (seemingly because she doesn’t know how to do her own job). I’m done trying with Pattison’s in Chatswood Westfield.

Coffee was great - good strong taste, lovely milk and latte artHad the lemon meringue tart which was tasty but some improvements could be made: needs to be a little more tart (lemon flavour not highlighted enough), the meringue on top was too big and sugar had not fully dissolved. Could feel the crystals and where the meringue had been torched it was jammy.
