Young Steve and his partner were prompt when saying they were coming. I was always kept up to speed regarding when they could make the visit. On arrival Steve and his partner (sorry, I forgot your name) were extremely polite, well mannered and above all, informative. They, as a pair of technicians were wonderful. I would not hesitate in requesting them specifically for any job requiring their skills.Again thanks very much for your time and expertise.

Great service - from start to finish it felt professional & well valued.Booking was as easy as calling the main line, where they then assigned a technician to quote - once this was accepted, they had an online questionnaire/tool to upload photos of the oven, model numbers, and any extra information needed - prompting you for what would be helpful along the way - the last step being your availability for the technician (Steve in our case!) to come and visit.After this a message not long after asking to confirm a window of 2 hours on one of my available days, Steve then arrived and replaced our oven element and lamp (we had already purchased the parts) with ease - it was an in-wall" oven which had to be taken out

Highly recommend, rang to make a booking they were very efficient, booked me in text a job number, text that someone would be coming then on the day technician text that he was on his way so you were kept informed all the way through.Technician arrived was very friendly and was quickly able to work out what was wrong and to fix it.Very happy customer.
