The hamper box is very handsome and elegant, exactly as described and pictured. I bought the black which has a very soft sheen to it. It was very carefully packed so it arrived in perfect condition. The box arrived flat and was very easy to put together —I just had to press the corners together. I am very happy with the product and the service. Thank you.

I would give no stars if I could…This is my own experience with them as I understand everyone’s experience is different.I have had a very horrible and frustrating experience with them.Sorry for this being a long one.Order was placed on the 12/04/2023 with expected delivery 3-10 days.2 weeks later, still no delivery.I recieved what looked like a defalt email mentioning that the order should have been delivered and if not I should reply to the email. Replied to the email that I didnt not get my order- no response from them.Rang the next day and asked about the status of my order only to find out that the product is not in stock and needed to wait until early May for the stock to be available.I questioned, if the product was not available why did the website show it was avavilable and the payment went through?? I did not get a proper reply to my question.Waited until the second week of May and rang up again all day with no reply so decided to message them via the online chat to cancel the order in hopes that I get a response and get a refund. Recieved a reply saying thay my order has been dispatched.Another week goes by, no delivery.By a miracle my call was answered and was told to expect the delivery on the same day or latest the next day and that the refund is not possible as the order is out for delivery.2 days later, still no delivery. After constant following up to request a refund, I was told my refund will be processed and for some reason the refund did not go through via paypal and requseted it to be transfered to my bank account.It has been almost 3 weeks since I have been asking for my refund to be sent to my bank account and I’m told to wait and someone will contact me. But nothing.As I said that is my personal experience with this company and I will be taking things further but I had to share my experienceUpdate:After a reply from the owner. No email was was sent to clear up anything. as mentioned.I do have all the written proof of what I have mentioned earlier.Interesting how the response was written to make me a liar how was the delivery attempted twice if the order wasnt there to begin with. How was the order delivered without a tracking number or being able to track the order.I went back and checked my order number and it still say order fufilled and come back for order shipment (Hasnt changed since the day a placed the order).Please get your fact right before accusing people for lying. If your upset then what should I feel , where my refund is being held which is my right by law especially if the order was never delivered.

Paid $18 for express delivery 7 days ago, and the order hasn’t even been posted yet. Could not get through on phone, and have sent 2 emails yet to be answered.Update - courier company advised parcel was booked for standard delivery. I paid for express delivery. Parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive.

I ordered two items but only one was delivered. After contacting the customer service, I was told there was a glitch in the inventory on the website. I then requested for a refund. The service was prompt and great. Definitely recommend.

Hamper boxes were fantastic quality and arrived within a few days. Very happy with their service and product.

Fast? Ha ha and certainly not direct. Package has not been dispatched for a week, it has drop ship feels. And their customer service lousy, no response to any emails don’t waste your time…Post Edit: after the t response from the owner I was refunded due to being lost. So to the owner, I hope you feel good about yourself trying to belittle me when all along it was all true. Have a nice day!
