Good products but don't try calling either their Mile End store or Unitrans for collecting any goods you may have ordered. Spent over an hour holding for Unitrans and was transferred back to the ON Hold" 3 times and couldn't get through to Mile End at 3.00 pm Thursday??????"

Great selection of quality bed linen and related items. Helpful staff. They have good sales often (like 40% off}. Much of their Manchester is made in India, not China, which is a pleasant change.

Staff need to have some customer service training. Walked in not even a hello and then i had to practically beg for service.. extremely unprofessional. All she was concerned about was stocking the shelves. Will stick to habortown all staff there are extremely courteous and helpful.

Adairs brand has lovely designs but quality is low. Products fall apart within a short period of time (purchased many types of furniture and beddings), and customer service is a joke. Try to send a product enquiry online (not to mention a complaint) and you will get nothing but the automatic reply, for months. Will choose differently in my nest purchase

Buyer BEWARE: no customer should have to spend over 30 mins before even speaking to someone in customer service about a faulty product.What an ordeal we had with this bed head purchased from Adairs, delivered for an extra cost of $40, which took weeks to arrive, only to find out it was damaged from the factory.Then, when we notify Adairs they insist on receiving their damaged product back from their own delivery driver before organising any replacement for us. It suggests they either don't trust their customer (even though we sent a photo of their damaged product to them as proof) or they don't trust their exclusive delivery driver (who also rang them to advise of the situation).Then when you finally do get through to someone in customer service, they tell you you have to wait up to another 3-4 weeks for a replacement product, which is the standard waiting time for their furniture to be delivered.In today's retail world, that sort of service is just not good enough.To add salt to the wound, they promised us a refund of the delivery fee of $40 but we have received nothing.

This is the worst service I have ever seen. If you buy products with glass, the staff will not give you any protection for the item you have bought. If you can not get it home safely, all your fault!!!!
