Great service. Called and they were very helpful to find which of their stores had stock. A week later I opened the item and had an issue. Called regarding warranty, and they put a replacement item aside for me to exchange it. Went in the next day and was out of there in less than 5 mins.

Quality of the products is no an issue in my case, their customer service is.My issue was having to make contact on 4 occasions to find out where my order was. 2 weeks later I finally received it partially incorrect.This company is just too hard to deal with and not in tune with customer service.

Only gave 1 star because i had to . If you want the correct parts delivered then dont bother using this company . Even when i rang them and explained the issue they have done nothing . I have emailed them and called them only to be ignored . Hopefully this review saves someone some time and money. It took 2.5 weeks to get my order only for it to be wrong . Bunch of amateurs

This Company is a scam. I ordered a Lowrance hard cover, which according to there website would fit my model, so i proceeded to purchase. Obviously it did not fit. Rang them at Capalaba store, who informed me that yes there site did say it would fit, however the lady proceed to tell me that it does not fit my model. No offers of regret, or compensation for false advertising. I am registering this company to QCAT for further litigation. Do not purchase from this company.
