Sydney Tools Traralgon

Went in with my mum and had to load and tie down a 200 kg bench, rang before hand to ask for assistance and they were onto me as soon as I pulled up, did the whole tie down for me and even folded up the straps so they didn’t fall over the edge and get wrecked. Great customer service!

Paid for an item and still waiting fot it 5 weeks later. Phoned them 3 times and had will be next week"

A nice looking store, a little tricky to get into off the mainstreet especially for a bigger vehicle. Store wasn't well organised or presented and had very patchy shelves on the day of opening. Aisles are very skinny and all of the stock is in boxes with nothing on display to look at and feel. Range is okay, other than a few big brands it's all home brand imports. I couldn't help but notice out of all 20+ staff on the opening day, no representation of female workers like other trade shops. Service was underwhelming for the amount of staff during the opening, same again on the second day with less staff. After my experiences, I am going to continue to support the local Total tools who know the area, bigger range and the staff are friendly. I'm sure Sydney tools will fit into the area in time.

Poor customer service! Web search stated store closing at 8pm on Friday's. Pitty the doors where shut at 5.30pm. Grand opening week and Black Friday sales the biggest trading day of the year. Ten people left disappointed whilst I was there.

Sydney tools is a new store in town. They have very large aisles with a range of tools, and even some aisles dedicated to certain brands (Milwaukee, makita, dewalt). The staff were relatively friendly. If your looking for tools in town, I can recommend this place!

Terrible Service , stood in an isle looking at tool boxes looking for assistance with 4 workers standing almost next to me but not one could help .Out of the 4 only one was putting price tags up which you would think would have been done before a grand opening. The other 3 we’re talking rubbish and talking photos of the one bloke working . Last time I set foot in that place I’ll take my business up the road to Total tools

Ordered a tool from here. They called five days ago to say it was in. Made the 30 minute trip into town to pick it up and they can't find it.Forget about this place, go to Total Tools
