Andrew Gould recently fitted two electric hot water systems for me that I had bought through a Government Initiative - through eco-alliance. Once Andrew was given the job, he arrived promptly and installed both systems in one day. His work is highly professional and very neat. His knowledge and understanding of the job was fabulous. When one of the hot water pumps stopped working, Andrew arrived within an hour of knowing I had no hot water and fixed the problem which had been caused by a power surge. He explained the process to me so I can now look to see if this is the problem before needing to arrange someone to come. Five stars, Andrew. Thank you very much.
