Very basic facilities. Big room. Good location. Its tired and in need of a make over.

Owners: Jenny was nice to deal with, but her husband tried to intimidate me by standing over me and abusing me in reception.They also encourage cash paymentsvwith discounts, but no receipt.I have reported his abusive behaviour and have also reported them to the ATO for tax avoidance.

Family room unavailable so got two rooms. One was a bit how do you do electrically but comfortable. Pleased to get these at late notice.

Only negative is parking a little difficult when full as it's quite tight. Otherwise very clean room, great communication and comfortable bed.

Dont bother staying here!!! Myself and a group of mates booked 2 x rooms.Come check out time the cleaning lady and her manager whom chimed in and asked why we slept on top of the beds??? Excuse me???? The management & employee should be ashamed of such behaviour towards a customer who have every right to sleep either on top or inside the bed. Very rude and poor customer service!! Not even worth giving one star!!

The manager was so rude and was yelling at myself and my 2 daughters. The place is disgusting smelt so dirty. Don’t stay there and waste your money. The bed linen smelt dirty

I was pleasantly surprised on our one night stay last week. Visiting from Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne for an evening fundraiser. Check-in friendly greeting and no-fuss process. Stayed in the single room (with queen bed) which lacked natural light, however is a good size. No smoking room, however could smell cigarettes - could have been from outside, other guests? Decor was a little dated, but pristine so it didn't matter. Honestly, I'm a neat/clean freak and loved that everything was spotless! No dust, carpet clean and not 'sticky', sheets crispy clean, and nothing broken or chipped i.e. tiles, crockery. Nothing fancy, just excellent value for money. Will stay here again when we next visit Sunbury.

Room itself was comfortable but needs maintenance. The air-conditioning / heating was excessively noisy and the TV Needs updating, it doesn't have digital channels so was basically useless

It's very old, dirty and dated, with a lot of problems, it's only good for trade worker if that.It's such a shame the owner doesn't care about it. It's the only motel in Sunbury. It's not worth staying there for convenience.Just discussing.The manager is quite rude.

Clean, convenient, reasonably priced.No frills, dated, basic amenities.Carpet smelled like an alcoholic lived there, air-conditioning was noisy and unreliable. Ok for overnight, but would not stay again however there is no other choice in Sunbury.
