I had visited several times in this store to get ointments and prescribed drugs.I have to be honest with what I had experienced the way they were rude to me and probably to many other people.I love to mention the names of the staff, unfortunately I am not up to know their names but I will be able to recognise them if I come through.We are paying for products we need and you are employing indirectly by the customers and directly by the store.I definitely understand that we all are busy and have frustrations in our life but please don’t be rude and ignore customers when they approach to buy.If you are not interested to work, I don’t think company will persuade to work with them.Please don’t work out for haste.we totally understand that we are not robots so as a human need rest but please at least be polite and explain so other would understand as we all are human beings.Please concern supervisor need to train the staff how to deal with the customers.Thank you

I've been going to this pharmacy for over two years, and today I asked them to print all of my prescriptions so that I could take them elsewhere. I'm done with this place. There has hardly been an occasion, after visiting them at least once a month, where something hasn't gone wrong. I've waited up to 90 minutes for scripts, I've had them charge me full price for PBS medication, and the staff are always, *always* rude and disinterested. Some of them seem so spaced out that I suspect they're using drugs on the job. I highly recommend Botts' Chemist up the road. They might charge you a few extra dollars, but if you can afford the cost, it's 100% worth it. They're efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is so bad that I feel compelled. Avoid at all costs.

The staff member in the medicine section are too slow. I ordered a medicine, they told me to wait 10 minutes, and after 20 minutes they gave me the medicine of wrong brand. Inefficiency at it worst level. Even the cash counter is always slow. I will never visit this outlet.

Chronically understaffed. Staff ignore customers waiting at the prescription counter for 10-15 minutes at a time. Very slow service with no communication or eye contact. Not worth the cheaper prices.

Very poor and unprofessional staff.Made me wait around 45 min , after I had given my prescription .when I ask why it took so long and got the answer might be your prescription was on side. Even a lady recognized me and told Jee your have been awaiting here from so long. The staff were too busy talking no one is bothers . Staff should be trained some manners.Not even worth a single star.Definitely need professionalism and manners.

Being served by the staff Flora, she is very helpful. She goes above and beyond to help me find the stock of the products on Thursday!

Good grief, you have extremely rude staff particularly Flora. Pushed past another of your staff and myself whilst shopping for perfume. Train them to have respect and manners.

They were nice but it is on the guidelines that pharmacist should counsel patient especially when it is a newly prescribed med. And I did told them this is new when they askedIn my case, the med caused me obvious drowsiness. The GP didn’t warn, also the pharmacist didn’t warn me about it, which is dangerous for road safety. Imagine if people toke one before drive, then the trip back they feel drowsiness.I am surprised by the failure of two gate on medication safety.

Everytime I go to collect a click and collect I am left waiting until they finish serving a line a customers and also customers that arrive after me. Then to make matters worse once I was served I had to wait around 10 mins for them to find my order. The second time they started serving another customer who got there after me at the clock and collect counter and I had to let them go infront of me and wait another 5 mins. I could have gone to the shelf and got it myself and then lined up with everyone else and got served faster that way instead of going online for the click and collect. It just defeats the whole purpose. One star because the staff are always polite, just seems that they need to manage their time better or there needs to be more staff working at the same time.

Today there was a special price advertised at the front of the shop for Vitamin D. The cashier charged the regular price. When I challenged it, she tore down the special price labels and insisted I pay full price. Of course I refused and walked out.This is just the last in a series of terrible customer service, so no more. Obviously bad management and bad staff.
