Just avoid them if you really care about your kids

I have had 3 children attend Teddy's Little Treasures over the last 6 years. The love , care and support provided by the staff at Teddy's is second to none. My children are greeted with such warm, kind smiles each and every morning that they are eager to leap from my arms. At the end of every day they describe fun, engaging, inclusive, culturally sensitive and educational activities they were involved in. The staff are always able to provide detailed observations of my child's day and are considerate of any routine or dietary requirements I have for my children. Daily evidence provided via email of activities, photos, with links to learning is an awesome bonus too !

A hidden gem in Green Valley. The childcare is all about the kids. The staff are knowledgeable and nurturing. The amount of love is tremendous you can see it even in the meals provided.You can see the difference from the first day the children join the centre, and there is long term commitment to improve the service provided. Highly recommended.

This day care used to be very good thier stuff were very friendly until about 3 months ago every day my son comes home with mark on his head sorry he fell the day after sorry this kid bet him the same week sorry someone pushed him I will be taking this further to investigate your daycare because I’m not sure if your stuff is doing their job by watching over the kids! Leaving you from the fact that they comes every day sick.

Unprofessional stuff

If there less than 1 star I would give it. My kids kept getting injured with them doing nothing about it.Then they reply to me as you can see what I’m trying to achieve.I’m not even sure who Taif is. Probably another parent who has the same issue.

The moment i walked into this centre many years ago i knew it was the one! The staff always were and have been lovely from the get go! Home cooked meals everyday were great and my kids both always had second helpings! There were many tears shed when we had to say goodbye to the teachers who had so wonderfully looked after both my children for so many years. I even travelled 20 minutes out of my way after we moved because i couldn't bear the thought of taking my kids anywhere else! I recommend this centre to anyone looking for a friendly environment that feels like home!!!

Great centre with wonderfully patient and supportive staff. My son often talks about his teachers and the amazing things they've taught him. At the moment, along with school readiness, he's learning Japanese. Interesting activities and specialist visits organised frequently catering to a variety of interests. eg: egg hatching, reptile shows, science experiments, butterfly enclosure, pet safety, police and fire dept visits.Wonderful home cooked meals are offered to the children and my fussy eater always finishes his food and often goes back for seconds. Highly recommended centre.

STAY AWAY!! MY SON KEPT GETTING HURT BADLY. They are not following the safety, hygiene and slandered childcare polices at all. My two kids both attend Teddys little tressure everything was going smoothly until few months ago my son who is 18 months old kept coming home with bites mark and bruises on his body. I have spoken many times to teachers about the situation with nothing being done. When then this got brough up to Cathy's attention the owner she said it's not true and terminated my kids enrollment without a notice. Which caused a lot of inconvenience to our family. Cathy choose to avoided finding solution to my son getting injured all the time instead she just choose to get ride of us because I brough to her attention how bad the childcare is with watching over kids. After that Cathy sent an email threating my family with lawyers and she wanted us to stay quite. This childcare has been reported as its not safe for any of the kids to be attending it.
