Furtastic Dog Grooming

I have been to this establishment more than once and the service has always been consistent. Unfortunately today the groomers did have an accident during my dog’s groom but what differs from furtastic and other groomers is how they take accountability and act accordingly in the best interest of their customers - our dogs. We are humans that make mistakes and I understand especially during busy season as summer rolls round, the business was in overdrive. Furtastic admitted something happened and took the proper steps to correct it and made the process on my end as smooth as possible as well. I will continue to support Furtastic in the future and thank them for their impressive service.

No fuss and great insight into what the dog needs very cheap

His wool is now patchy and all different lengths, looks like my 8 yr old clipped him. Groin area was not clipped properly(or at all) and had fur balls still there. The worst part was i had to take him to the vet the next day as he couldnt stop scratching himself which resluted in needing steroid injection, so god knows what he was washed with. So a $90 groom turned into a $300 excercise and ive had to book him elsewhere to fix the job..

Our dog was groomed at this awesome place last Wednesday. It was our dogs first groom and understandably he was nervous. He was apparently quite happy to b groomed. Can highly recommend this grooming business. Awesome staff and a great job done

First time to have my Maltese shi-tzu here and loved the results. Definitely will book the next session with them.

Great, friendly service! I asked to bring my pup earlier than my booked time due to a last-minute schedule change, and they were able to accomodate to that without any problems (despite having other pups to look after).The place looks quite old but don't let that fool you with the quality of service they provide at such great price. We are very happy with the service Gucci received. Thank you so much, we will be coming back :)

Great dog grooming place. Friendly staff that do an excellent job.

Teresa does a great job however the first time she came over i had her do 2 of my dogs; now she refuses to do just 1 as sometimes i do the smaller one myself to save cost. She cancelled my appointment and said she will only come if i do 2 dogs and refuses to reply to my text if i enquire about 1 dog onlyUPDATE:have spoken to Teresa privately and have solved this matter as a miscommunication because from my end, it sounded like she cancelled because i only wanted to do 1 dog, not because she didn’t service my area and she has not been responding since then. Now that I’m clear with the situation that she only considers me as a one off and not a client and she does not service my area. Wishing the best of luck for her and her business.Please note that this is in no way a harmful review, Teresa still does an excellent job. I just wish it was clearer at the start.
