Tom's Car Wash

Ive been using Toms for about 15 years now and ALWAYS found excellent happy service, excellent cleaning (the windows are so clean it's like they're not even there) and even ringing at short notice never seems to be an issue for them either, as they are so accomodating. AAAAAAA++++

Poor wash, scratches on my car, stuff was stolen out of my car.Want to give it lower than 1 star but

I didn't get a choice in using this detailer, my insurance company insisted. I am finding chunk's of glass in my car on a daily basis. Took 9 weeks to be repaired, the car was apparently gutted to ensure all glass was removed. They failed big time on this. Would not recommend, I doubt if they actually removed anything or detailed the car. Shocking results, shocking insurance company aswell and constant issues since receiving my car back. Not just with glass but also mechanic issues that weren't happening prior. I would avoid Tom's Carwash and am really horrified at how badly they did this job. I now have to take it elsewhere to be detailed again.

He did agreat job on the car I could evev say it was an excellent job

I chose this shop as it was the highest rate given. However, I am so disappointed at here since they just did shampoo where are visible, they DO NOTHING on the side of seats and I specifically request to remove the leaked milk on the bottom, but they just briefly did, thus smells like cheese now due to absorption water. They didn't wipe the surface as well. Totally wrong choice.

Standard is excellent. Staff very friendly. Been going there for 15 years. Highly recommend.
