We have had several house moves in our time & we can only speak highly on the great service and professionalism of the crew. Very good. They were very organised and efficient. We had everything broken down, labelled & organised, which helped them, sped things up and helped keep the price down. They were careful and helpful, asking about positioning of items in rooms not just leaving them wherever in the room. I ( & very importantly my wife) were very impressed .

You always get great service from these guys, they look after your furniture, are always on time and they move pianos as well which not all removalists do, I would def highly recommend these guys

Eaglehawk Removals was highly recommended to us, so we organised them to move us. No one came on site to see how much we had, I thought I had described it pretty well. We were quoted 6 hours at $200/hour, so $1200. I was prepared for it to go up to $2000, but not over $3000, and that was after they knocked off $200 because of my concerns.The move took three trips. The first was at our request to store a few items at a friend’s. The second two trips were the entire removal. Upon arriving, Lachlan looked at what we had and said this isn’t going to fit in one load. As they progressed, he thought it might fit, but didn’t put it all in “because we ran out of hours”. I was told this after the final move! I was furious! So for the main move, we had to pay depot to depot charges twice because they chose NOT to take everything. In addition, I was told they didn’t have boxes to move us. So we collected boxes from everywhere. It would have been easier if our boxes were more uniform.The men moving us were very nice, handled things carefully, etc. I was happy with their work, but to have three trips and a bill 2.5x the quote, I find unacceptable. Our 6 hour job turned out to be more like 14 hours, not including our storage job.If you choose to go with Eaglehawk Removals, make them come on site to see what you have. Then your quote should be pretty accurate and you won’t have the shock we did.

The two men who helped with my move were so lovely and professional, even allowing my five year old nephew to ‘help’. I 100% recommend Eaglehawk Removals; friendly, energetic and so well priced. Thank you.
